ISN'T THIS PRETTY.....?

I am working on my design for the upcoming Polkadotz launch and I found I just loved the colors of this little pile of fibers accumulating under my serger....A little Eastery in colors don't you think? I'm thinking this would be a GREAT way to recycle fabric fibers. Use it in the Easter basket instead of the plastic hay. Hmmm?

MY SANCTUARY...?

Ummmm, no, not my sanctuary but it is a nice place to work...hehe! My Polkadotz girls are sharing their sewing rooms so I thought I would let you see where I work, too. This is my sewing corner. The storage bins underneath my work center are filled with threads, ribbons, trims, button and lots of other little sewing goodies. There are also 2 cabinets full of fabric.




Here you see my scrapbooking/cardmaking corner. Drawers and drawers full of paper and trinkets and gadgets and embellies...
I also have a little sitting area to read, relax or just sit in a comfy chair.

IT TAKES 170 SHEEP....

For my little Angel to fall asleep...
Chloe was a bit riled up this evening. She had a buncha ideas on how she could put off going to bed.
She had to go potty, then she had to go see daddy (he was downstairs) after that she had to show me her trick (she mimics a mime person from the circus) and last, she wanted some milk. Once she was settled in my arms she started snorting...Yes! Like a pig. She is such a silly girl. So I told her we needed to count sheep. 1, 2, 3...170.
